Wallindi Schirnig - B.A. Honours (Psychology)

Wallindi is an experienced executive search consultant with over 20 successful years in various aspects of the Human Resources discipline.

She has worked for Old Mutual, Pick n Pay, Ogilvy & Mather and Distell, all of them industry leaders in their fields. Prior to starting PeopleFinder, Wallindi was a top recruiter at Hopkins Calvert Associates.

Wallindi has successfully completed assignments for a wide variety of companies in the Services, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG Fruit / Agricultural and educational industries; filling any kind of position required by clients.

Wallindi has a B.A. Honors degree from the University of Port Elizabeth, which focused on Clinical Psychology, and she is a qualified Psychometrist.

Born in Paarl, Wallindi is married to Michael and is based in Somerset West, where she raises a son and a daughter, as well as two Great Danes and two SPCA rescues.  Outside the office, she is passionate about living a balanced life and having a positive impact on people in her sphere of influence.

Bianca Adams - Office manager, Research

Born and raised in Grabouw, Bianca fulfilled a number of leadership positions at Groenberg Secondary School before obtaining her Diploma in Office Administration and Technology from Helderberg College.

Bianca's role at peoplefinder includes supporting the director and ensuring the company's database is updated.

Candice Gilbert - Administration

Originating from Strand, Candice matriculated from Hottentots Holland High school. After matric she studied Business & Management at CTI Education and received my Higher National Diploma in Business and Management.

At PeopleFinder, Candice is responsible for the smooth running of the office and day-to-day administration.

Bianca van der Merwe, Recruitment

Bianca van der Merwe grew up in Pretoria where she attended Overkruin High school. She studied at the University of Stellenbosch, obtaining a B.Com in Industrial Psychology, and is currently pursuing a postgraduate diploma in financial planning at the University of Stellenbosch

Ilke van Wyk, Recruitment

Ilke van Wyk grew up in Cape Town, attending Hoer Meisieskool Bloemhof before studying BA Humanities (Psychology, Sociology). She is currently busy with a B.Com Human Resource Management degree.
